So sad so emotional and anxious

So... im a shm with a 3yr old and 20mo old. Im expecting my third baby about 5-6 weeks pregnant but the nausea just got real started yesterday and i just cant keep my eyes open im exhausted. Any tips mamas? Btw its frightening to think of how im gojng to manage 3 little crazies now sigh.. im happy though im so happy my guy and i always wanted 3 to 4 kids... having a low moment feeling sick with no help until hes home at night i was used to it but now i feel like i need an army to help me 😢
