my husband is so awesome. he just got home from work and since i still cant move because the pain is so bad and its stuff now he is taking the kids out in out jeep so i can relax and maybe take a nap(which I never do lol)

so apparently i slept wrong i woke up to not being able to move my neck without having shooting pain going up into my head and going down into my shoulder. i have already iced it for an hour and took a muscle relaxer and it still hurts so bad and its hard to chase after two kids when you cant move. hopefully this goes away soon its even making me nauseous
