Nausea at 3 weeks???

I had my FET on Monday. Blood test is a week from tomorrow. I'm technically 3 weeks today, and thought morning sickness started at 6. Holy moly! I have been nauseated and dizzy off and on all day. It's not like I'm going to vomit- it's not that bad, but... It's definitely noticeable and kinda awful.
Am I sick or pregnant??

First I couldn't conceive because I had uterine polyps. Once we established that, my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer. He's ok! But because he required 31 radiation treatments to his nether regions, we had to go IVF with frozen sperm.

Had 5 egg retrievals yielding 3 healthy embryos total. FET (single embryo) was Monday, and I'm still blissfully in bed for day 3.
