just so crazy that this is our last baby. excited for our future with our three kids. I know this is a good choice for our particular family. just happy :) weird after being pregnant for like 3 years straight and then no more will be weird at first!

any advice from moms who have done this several times, on how to get through the last trimester I am tired all the time and just overwhelmed. this is my third child. this was twins and we lost one of them very early on at 5.5 weeks. I have a 20 month old a 9 month and I'm 27 weeks.
