Tips on how to get rid of a dummy?

My son is 2 in september and he still doesnt sleep through the night and i believe its because he doesnt know how to settle himself without a dummy. He is starting to wear me out now, tonight ive only had approx 2 hours sleep, im suppose to be working tomorrow and all i wanna do is cry because im soo physically exhausted and its even more frustrating when my partner is fast asleep next to me EVERY night. Suggestions on prams? i used a quinny on both my other boys but the seat unit isnt comfy at all and the frame is 10years old easy (on loan from god mum). So i think its time to get a new pram. I dont like the ones with tiny front wheels, get stuck in the grooves of pathways and nothing to bulky

so at work yesterday i developed a very dry cough, which has just gotten worse and worse, was up most of the night weezing and coughing.
