Weird question but what was everyone's first period like after having baby? I have mines and I'm in agony, not only am I cramping but my down below is so sore like I can't even stand for too long without wanting to cry! I also went to the toilet this afternoon and thought I had a blood clot but it looked more like my insides like tissue! I then went to the toilet again later on and it was a proper blood clot. The bloods not heavy in my pad it's only when I wipe that there's quite a bit of blood....

Back to normal routine last night and we both had a great night, I've got one happy boy this morning! 😆

Everyone keeps stressing to me about babies sleeping right through the night. My son only gets up once during the night at about half 3, he goes straight back down afterwards, but because everyone's been telling me that he should be sleeping all night I've started stressing even changed his routine a wee bit and now he's so unsettled during the night. I'm going back to old routine as him getting up once never bothered me. He's 10 weeks this Sunday. He still has plenty of time to start sleeping t...
