Breastfeeding mommys I'm getting a head cold an I'm all stuffed up. What can I take that won't effect my supply?

Took Aubree to the doctor today an surprisingly no ear infection, her doctor was very surprised based off the symptoms she was having. But she did say she could possibly have a sinus infection so she did prescribe antibiotics. An tonight she fell asleep at 1015-1030 an woke up only two or three times to comfort nurse but this mommy finally got some sleep. 😌🙌😌🙌

I've literally had no sleep all night all Aubree wants to do is scream & cry. She keeps pulling at her ear an idk what else to do but sit here an cry with her. Calling the doctors as soon as they open! 😔😢😩😫😥

So this is night number 3 & Aubree has been awake since 12am. She's only had 2hrs of sleep since 4 today. She has a runny nose an has been coughing an ended up gagging herself twice which had caused her to throw up. I really don't know what else to do I've tried everything. An tonight she started pulling on her right ear. I'm thinking she might have an ear infection. What do you guys think?

So Aubree is finally asleep let's see if she has a better night tonight.

Okay mommys help! My LO is 7 months old an has always been good about going to sleep an if she wakes up I will latch her an she goes right back to sleep (yes we co-sleep). Well last night an tonight she will wake up an latch but after a few minutes she will start screaming an wake up. Last night I did start giving her baby food when we eat dinner instead of in the morning, idk if that's the problem. But she also has been coughing an tonight she threw up twice. Idk what's going on I've never had ...
