As you may know I was on "Depo" and the last shot that was administered to me was 09/29/2015. Since Feb of this year I have been receiving my cycle 14 days apart. I discontinued use of Vitex and Dong Quai as of March. The last AF I had was on 04/13/16 and lasted 4 days. I am now on cycle day 19 no AF.. Crossing Fingers 🤔

So remember I was telling ya how I was getting my period every two weeks? Well I had a GYN appt today and the tech did a sonogram and she found a small cyst. I stopped the vitex and dong quai two weeks ago because I assumed it was connected 😒and I'm on the 15th day of my cycle and no bleeding I knew it
