I bundle my LO up because it's cold but she gets worked up in the car in her car seat screams to the point she sweats then when I get her home this is all on her belly and chest no where else though! How can I prevent this she keeps getting this? I think it's heat because it doesn't bother her!

6 weeks pp started working out again went from 186 to 169 got a long way to go my husband is a strength coach so started working out again today and of course he starts me off lifting heavy again my arms feel like jello!
