It was costume day in his class today!

Started the spring semester tonight. Back at it with school, work and raising a wild six year old. 😖

Having excruciating kidney stones and having to cuddle up with a six year old boy who moves around so much is a horrible mix 😖

Has anyone ever had to have the sad talk of heaven with their child/children? My six year old randomly has some emotional breakdowns where he misses my grandfather and has several questions about his return and where he is and why we can't see him. Jayden was only 2 when my grandfather passed so I'm very surprised he has remembrance of him. And now, my grandmother, whom he is very very close to, is sick and only getting sicker as days go. I don't know how to go about this conversation to a point...

I have a picky kiddo on my hands. It's been like this for years and I'm running out of options. He won't eat fruits or vegetables (because of texture or he doesn't like the way they look). Anyone have any options on how to get fruit and veggies into a picky six year old?

It must be nice to not have to worry about financially supporting a child. My POS "sperm donor", works full time, gets to do all of these fun things like go to Bruins games and Celtics games etc... But can't offer to financially help support his son. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining because I've been doing it on my own for six years. But it just really grinds my gears.

Impatiently waiting for some snow because Jayden wants to build a snowman.
