I have heard good things about giving birth in the squatting position. From what I've read it helps giving birth as gravity helps push the baby down and it is also supposed to help prevent tearing. Has anyone tried this and is it true?

gunlovinmommy I've read tons of blogs and even midwives advice or nurses advice and they really recommend it.

kendrabisesi I take coreplex with iron from AdvoCare! I will never buy vitamins from a store again.
mamabear528 all the prescription prenatal vitamins I took destroyed my stomach so my doctor recommended Flintstones kids chewy
