• i am dilated 1cm and nurse could feel baby us head. but cotractions aren't constant

• don't remember to much but having period like cramps, can feel them in my lower back to the front of my lower abdominal. are they contractions?

• Last 2 weeks have sucked haven't been able to fall asleep till 4 then wake up at 5:30 am when the hubby has to be up for work and can't go back to sleep. 😭
