every morning.... every single morning.... we watch Rio 2, maybe 3 times. and if it isn't the first one, it's the second. he loves birds and music! Gives me time to get stuff done around the house. my living room though?not a chance. it stays baby ready at all times. -_- I think I should rent a trailer for me to live in and just give him the house!

let me sleep in today! but now I feel like I got to much sleep. -_- oh the woahs of parenthood.

wanted to spend new years eve with the little one.... he passed out 4 hours to early. =( poor little tyke. guess it's just me and his (soon to be step) dad. Glad I was lucky enough to find a man to step up and be with me through the pregnancy as an amazing friend and now fiancé. loving life!

First picture after being born, April 20, 2015. 0632! Tristan Wayne. He was unfortunately in the NICU for a week due to lower birthweight at full term for having issues regulating his sugar levels. Then had a blood test come back positive (ended up being a skin contaminant from where the blood was drawn. thanks docs.) However, the doctors were wonderful and we got to go home after a week. Definitely not the first experience I wanted, but I know it could have been worse. God Bless! Happy New Year!!

my little one forbids to use a spoon. he is 8 months, started on baby food at 4 months (introducing), then after his 6 month checkup he just decided he no longer wanted to use the spoon. I've been putting baby food in half of his bottles throughout the day. is there any way to get him to use the spoon? he also doesn't do finger foods or the little puffs. it's all a no go.
