How soon can I work out
Avah will be 2 weeks on Wednesday
I can't fit any of my damn clothes I can pull my pants up but can't button them up! My shirts are too small I have nothing to wear my stomach is flappy and saggy 😩😔 I just want my body back

snowbunny11041995 well wait until the stitches go away u can like go walking or jogging how ur body
t1ffiers I was told waking would okay. But you should wait after your 6week check up
avahmommy21 I know but it's hard I hate seeing my body all out of shape

My 9lbs 13oz baby Avah Janelle I love her so much
I was in labor for 16 hours started having contractions at 6am in the morning coming 1/2 minutes apart
I went to the hospital at 8:30am I was at a 2 then couple of hours I went to a 5 got the epidural I was in so much pain. Then 4/5 hours later I was at a 9 and began to push my beautiful daughter out
I was ripped to the 3rd degree by her being so large 😩 I love her so much I'm happy she is here

I wanted to breast feed her but I don't have "milk" only the really thick sticky stuff and she doesn't like to latch on so I been using formula so she can eat and I been trying to give her the boobs but now she completely wants the bottle.... 😩

kimberly_preemie-mom Colostrum is the good stuff! Keep offering breast!!! If you supplement with formula your body won't know

Had her yesterday at 8:45pm I was in labor at 6am and went to the hospital at 8:30am and everything went pretty fast then ❤️❤️❤️

Went to use the bathroom and after I was trying to find toilet paper well I started to feel something run down my leg didn't know it was pee or not so I went back on the toilet to wipe myself stood up to see if it would do it again and it did
I just told my parents but I'm waiting to see if anything else happens

catlady Put on a pad and lay down for about and hour and see if you soak it.
