I'm 31 weeks and 4 days and having really bad lower back pains, kinda like period cramps... this is my first child so I'm new at this, should I be worried or is it normal?

Just curious... I know it's different with everyone but how many weeks was you when you went into labor with your first child?? Today marks 31 weeks for me.
