I don't know what to do... I'm having these back pains like I'm having back labor again and I'm not pregnant I don't think I took three test different times all says negative and I'm ten days late on period... What I should do??

my baby was waving at me 10 weeks n 1 day... now I'm 11 weeks n 4 days... I really want to know the gender so bad I want go shopping for it already... my next appointment is April 15th I will be 17 weeks n 3 days n at that time I'm gonna find out the gender OMG OMG!!!!
