Should I be concerned my son not talking like literally he doesn't even say anything not even milk or something when he wants the sippy cup he just points!?!

So I took out the nexplanon and put in the mirena. With the nexplanon I just didn't stop bleeding! How long should the bleeding stop with the mirena? My doctor said a day , just want to see if any mommies had the same problem
