oliviasmama1211 There's milkmaid tea or mothers milk tea, Gatorade and water helps. There's recipes for lactation cookies also

please welcome my daughter Ashlei Dhanyielle♡ she was born on 28 of February weighing only 3 lbs 6 Ounces and 16 inches. had her without any medication :) she is so beautiful
