hey mommies!! so I am almost 3 weeks post partum and I'm dying to start being active and losing this weight. How long did everyone wait before starting some kind of physical activity??

Читать все 3 комментарияso Emilia is almost 2 weeks old. she has been super easy. she is formula fed and until today everything has been normal. she hasn't pooped in about 24 hours, it doesn't seem to be bothering her but I'm a little concerned. What do my preggie mommies think?
