Can I please get some tips on sleep training!?!? Last night was really rough!

I'm trying to sleep train and I'm having a REALLY hard time! Hearing my son just scream breaks my heart and makes me sick to my stomach! Any tips would be very helpful!?!?

My Booger and I have both been super sick today! Lots of cuddles and naps, first time I've been sick since I've had my son. Man oh man is it rough!
