So, my almost 10 month old has recently been showing a disinterest in his bottles. It started with his last one of the night..he would drink it all but stop every ounce and play with it...now I'm lucky to get 4ozs in at that time. But now he's starting to do the same thing with his first bottle of the day. Like this morning he would only take 5ozs. (all his bottles are 8ozs). I'm pretty sure it's too soon to start cutting back on formula, so if you mommas have any ideas as to what I can do to ge...

Mamas! I need some helpful tips... in our new home we have hardwood floors throughout, and we officially have a little boy who sits up. He's still a little wobbly, but I always have at least two blankets down under him and I'm sitting with him. I want my boy to be able to play and explore on the floor, but I'm so nervous to walk away from him incase he topples and hits his head... So should I just tough it out and let him be...if he falls he falls? Or should I invest in a giant living room rug!?...

Last week was a big one for my little family and I. I finished up my CNA course, and am now certified, I also already landed a great job! And I'm so happy to finally say my boy has his very own room! This is me 38 weeks pregnant with my son, I can't even begin to explain how much I miss this. I loved feeling him move inside of me, all his little kicks and punches, even his annoying hiccups everyday! Having a life growing inside of you is one of the most magical and rewarding experiences. I can't wait to start trying for another, to feel all of that over again. It's hard to imaging loving another soul as much as I do my son, but I know my heart will hold just as much love for a new baby!

This is my oh so handsome 7 month old son, Rowen. I've always wanted to be a Mom, and when I found out I was pregnant last year, I was beyond excited. Even though a few things didn't go as I had hoped, Rowen is here and healthy, and has two very loving Mommies! (Just wanted to share!)
