I had the most painful ultrasound ever today! the tech literally pushed on the babies head so hard I could feel it and it hurt like hell! I have been cramping ever since and I'm already bruising. baby hasn't moved since :( super worried!

Well, tomorrow I'm off to Edmonton to meet my OB! I'm actually pretty nervous... what should I expect for my first visit?

so I'm having this crazy sensation like I'm being strangled.. I literally can feel pressure in my throat, eyes, and forehead. I'm seriously concerned.. is this normal?

Yesterday they confirmed that my tear healed itself! No more fluid leak, and it's the best news ever! The best part about this: my daughter is still growing and healthy in there :)

So last night my man and I watched my stomach move when she kicked for the first time! He even felt it! It was amazing😍
