Although I'm gonna try my best not to, I now understand how and why some when "let themselves go" after having a baby. I always promised that I wouldn't do that but man...after taking care of the baby all day and getting up with her at night, doing laundry and housework AND working, who has the energy to eat well and work out???

Does anyone know how long until the vaccines "kick in"? Baby girl gets her shots next week so of course I'm going to ask her doctor but I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for the vaccines to become effective after receiving them? We've been waiting to bring LO to our place of worship until she gets them so I'm just wondering if we'll have to wait a couple more weeks after that because we know a lot of our friends are going to want to hold her. TIA :)
