How many hours does your newborn sleep a day? My 10 day old is only awake for 5 mins at a time. Everything I read says they should sleep 16-20 hours a day.. I don't think my baby girl is awake even close to four full hours a day. Is this normal?

Pumping to induce labor: who's tried it? Did it work?

Did any moms notice their baby moving a ton before labor? More than usual? I've had a very active little girl since day one and bc I'm small I felt it all but these last two days she is literally non stop! No need for fetal counts ever! Ha I always heard movement slows before labor but hoping maybe she is just heading more and more south ? Anyone experience this?

Do all pregnant women get the loose poopies before labor? Is that a sign I have to 100% have before labor starts?

Ok ladies! 38 weeks today! For the moms out there if you had to choose one thing that you think helped kick start labor - what would it be? Sex? Walking? Primrose? Pumping? Spicy food? Or do you believe nothing helps and they come when they want :)

I've been randomly getting stomach contractions (tight hard stomach like a bowling ball) accompanied with intense period pain and some back pain. Yesterday I had three of these and one just woke me up out of bed. I feel like they are contractions except that they are lasting about 4 mins long ... Can early contractions last this long? *note 37wks+5days

37 weeks today and I have had non stop BH/contractions... Whatever you want to call them! Literally non stop since midnight last night. They aren't painful just more uncomfortable. I've been tip toeing around house trying to prevent them. I only feel a few of them in my back.. Does this mean anything or could this go on for weeks?

37 weeks tomorrow and had an appt today! Had the strep B test so I told my midwife while she is under the hood might as well go all in and asked for an examine :) Baby has dropped, I've thinned but not quite a full centimeter dilated yet - half a centimeter haha ! Cannot wait for my baby girl to come! I want to go early! 38 weeks would be ideal ;)
