8 недель беременности: розовые выделения и тянущие боли внизу живота

Hi ladies! Has anyone experienced this? I’m 8 weeks pregnant and have been having some light pink spotting along with mild lower abdominal cramping. I had an urgent ultrasound, and the pregnancy is in the uterus and there is a heartbeat. But I’m still worried about what could be causing the spotting. My first OB appointment isn’t until the end of October 😭
