Бывший муж не водит дочь на танцы в свои дни: что делать?

Any suggestions what I’m about to say so my ex is hard to talk to and I had kids with him and my daughter 10 years old and she loves dance and dance for many years and days lands on my ex time my ex won’t take her to dance that something she loves and she cry she doesn’t get to go to them I can’t not prevent of changing days there times it will land on his time and fights of taking to things on his time her dance is required to be there there times dance rehearsal lands on his time noting I can’t do to fix that and there times there birthday party lands on his time and she comes to me crying that she can’t go when lands on his time he not nice guy he a narcissist u can’t reasonable with him at all he controlling, manipulation guy etc but anything u can’t reasonable think of what I can do for my daughter anyone been through this ? She crying on this and I would hate for her to miss these days for her she comes to me crying that dad promise to take me and never takes me and she starting to notice what he doing and i don’t want her to keep missing these events but the lawyer said to us

If it is on his time he doesn’t have to do it but if he does agree to doing it in writing it is Something u can enforce not sure what that means but my ex u can’t talk to him he wants to be his way always and control everything he tells the girls and say this is ur mom fault he not suppose to tell the girls bad about the parent what u think I should do? He not willing to work with me on anything
