Health Insurance is rising. Thank the circus💩
My kids lost their insurance through the state last month. 😑 but on the flip side, so many places charge so much less when you don’t have insurance.
My sister had emergency appendix surgery.
With her insurance and copay it was gonna cost 12,000. With "self pay" it cost her less than 3,000.
Absolutely insane it cost her less to self pay because the hospital gave her a discount than it did using her insurance
Yaaaaaay. Which reminds me I really need to reapply for mine in the next week or so. 😝
I know and I lost my secondary insurance which is how I was able to get treatment and surgery for my endometriosis and adenomyosis and now we are not sure we can afford another surgery.
It's so sad, so the shutdown was for nothing. How did it benefit the people? I'm happy there were leaders that wanted to do right by the people, but wow, this feels like a hard loss.
