Первые месячные в 9 лет: как подготовить дочь и себя

Has anyone's daughters started their first time of the month at 9 years old ..

Because my bonus daughter is definitely showing signs, and even her teacher is pretty sure she will start by the end of this year..

And this morning, my bonus daughter definitely showed signs she will start soon..

I really need advice, because I did not start until I was 13 years old. I do not even know how to prepare for this, or how to explain to her what is going on..

Just was definitely shocking seeing how she was this morning, it definitely showed many signs that her teacher is right.. this holiday season is going to be interesting 🥴🙃

I am so not ready for this. I know I am her mother figure and supposed to guide her. But this is a different level for me, I was expecting teenage years not elementary school years..

But according to her biological mother, she had hers very early also. And I did remember when I was in elementary school, always wondering why other girls were starting and I was not.

Just definitely need alot of advice and help in this department, please no hate.
