That is why I diy them. Much easier and end up with overpriced polyester thin costumes to freeze in 😣

@icebergahead, I would diy more if I felt like taking the time to learn to sew. 😅 But that definitely is always the better option!

@llamapantaloons, I do not sew but I find things I can put together. I made an Enderman costume one year for kiddo that was pretty easy if you like arts and crafting.
I do basic sewing for mending clothes myself but I do not have a machine, or have used one since I was 10. Crochet is HELL of I may add that lol.

I always hated most women’s costumes for that reason in the last picture. 😝 It’s so hard to find one that isn’t revealing. I’ve mainly always gone for “male” or “boys” costumes for that reason.
