I am walking back to the library this AM. I got to chapter 12. It was due but I will have to check it out sometime soon to finish it. Maybe if they have it on ebook soon😄

@icebergahead, that’s great! I wish audiobooks had the same effect on me as reading to myself. If I listen to them I have to be reading along, (which defeats the entire purpose for me)otherwise my brain can’t hold on to it, I’ll get sidetracked by other things. 🫣 it sucks so bad because I know if I could do that, book life would be so much easier. 😅
@feralwitchymom, I also placed a hold for the ebook because there is a wait list.
I love the ease of them when I am in my car or at work or even working out on a machine. But at home I love books best. I am okay with ebooks but sometimes I hate staring at a screen. It hurts my eyes. Some people cannot concentrate with audiobooks so it is not rare.
Have you read Dead Inside by Chandler Morrison?
