Что делать при заложенности носа у ребенка без температуры
Brodys been up all night...congestion and his nose burns and hes hot and cold. No fever ..... yet. And im doing cool mist and vapor rub. What else helps. I plan to do an epsom salt detox bath after my husband goes to work. Im at a loss and he wants to sleep but cant get comfortable no matter what i do which means i have been up all night and i have no immune system so im next with whatever he is battling.

Thank you I will see if that helps. Because im so tired and he wont even take a nap for me and I know hes 10 but I cant sleep if hes awake I have never been able to.

Maybe some steam from a hot shower or bath may help break up whatever is in his nose.
Im going to try that all. He asked for a little food so we will see how that goes. He still hasn't slept at all and im struggling to keep my eyes open lol

@caffeinequeen. He hates soup lol he ate a banana but thats all he wanted
I have never tried saline mist in his nose before
If he hasn't slept, I'd give ibuprofen/Tylenol to help his body relax.
