This trapped air is no joke. It hurts but I think it hurts worse to move.

@supermomof4, oh my goodness I never would’ve thought that was possible. I hope you have some help. I think I was in the hospital for 2 or 3 days. But I stayed by myself. At home, my parents helped me. I couldn’t even clean myself after the bathroom or bathe independently.

that is terrible! I remember my body must’ve been desperate to release the air I would throw up and most of it was just air coming out with some vomit. I’m glad you have support!

I may need to get some. I’ve tried walking around but it hurts so bad I can’t do it long.

yeah walking the first few days is hard. Take it slow ice and gas x helped he was down a week then stayed home another then worked from home the third.
