Hi, i need help or advice please

Ive been having a mix of faint positives and negatives recently im currently 12 dpo i took two tests together this morning both early detection ones and one was faint positive and one was negative again, this keeps happening but ive had bad nausea and sickness, extreme tiredness and very sore boobs for about three weeks now. Ive been to a dr and everything else is all normal. Does anyone have an idea of whats going on, ive never dealt with this in my other pregnancies #myfirstpost
