Girl I was abused for 7 years and only recently got child support - after having my own apartment for 3 years and trying to break free.
I had no support. Family blamed me for not leaving. His family listened to his smear campaign and never believed it was as bad as it was.
Now I’m in counseling for myself and separate trauma therapy with my child. We are doing everything we can to heal and move on & her dad still tries to bait/ control me … the abuse never ends 🙄 and some people will NEVER believe the victims
