My first real period since coming off birth control after 7 years. It’s heavy but not as bad as I thought it would be due to the horror stories I’ve heard! I do feel disgusting but I think it’s because I’m just not used to it anymore 😬I’m learning how to use a disc instead of using pads or tampons.

I learned it’s ok not to be ok thanks to @leonardsquared, I’m going to try remembering that whenever I feel like I’m failing as a mom because I can’t do the things I used to do.....I’m just sick of feeling sick 😔
I think it’s funny when moms judge moms who use marijuana but will drink a whole bottle of wine and pop Xanax everyday 😂🤦🏻 ♀ I’ve gotten told I’m a bad mother for using marijuana and one person said my baby was gonna be born addicted when I told her several times “I don’t use any kind of marijuana while I’m pregnant” I can’t wait 9 or more months to go outside and smoke it’s not that serious. When I asked if they drink she immediately got defensive and said “at least I’m not a junkie” lol okay I’m not either tf
