Bad Credit and a Charge Off

Help please ? has anyone ever successfully negotiated(with payment of course) with a credit card company to remove a charge off from your credit report? Is it even possible?

If I have no credit, and have never gotten a loan before... How do I go about getting a $15k loan ?? Will the bank let me, or do I need to build credit first, or? 🤷‍♀️

Do banks give credit cards to help repair credit or only to build credit?

jasminemaye that's what I'm thinking.. I bank at a small bank that rarely gives credit cards but my
