Водитель автобуса запретил сыну ездить из-за проблемы с другим ребенком и моим двором? Что делать?

Am I wrong for being annoyed? So my oldest sons bus driver told him he can't ride the bus if this one kid is on the bus because it takes him too long to get back to the school, so he has to ride a van. This wasn't a problem until we told our son to tell the bus driver to stop pulling into our driveway last week. 1 he's almost gotten stuck multiple times because my driveway is a hill, and it's been nothing but a sheet of ice. 2 he's ran over my driveway markers multiple times. 3 he's leaving massive ruts in my driveway and he's driven into my yard and dug it up multiple times now. Mind you, no other bus driver has ever pulled into my driveway, and the turnaround is not even a minute down the road.
