I fed him 10 plates of food last night for thanksgiving out to Golden Corral is that enough he was still hungry

Maybe it’s because he isn’t eating something filling, my son goes through times he eats more than normal. Could be a growth spurt but if he ain’t haven’t protein with his cereal it may be leaving him hungry
