Whatever time you think is best. You know what time he goes to bed. You set an alarm, and then you go wake him up and take him to the bathroom. That's not going to help him do it on his own, but it'll help keep him dry. You have to be consistent. You have to do it every night

You have to wake him up and have him go to the bathroom. Otherwise, just wait until his body matures enough to stay dry on its own

It’s completely normal for kids to wet the bed at that age some kids do not stop wetting the bed until 10. It has nothing to do with potty training him at night. He could be a deep sleeper or hasn’t produced the hormone that signals his brain to go at night yet.

This^^! His kidneys will produce a hormone to reduce urine production at night. If it doesn’t happen there’s a medication to help, but he has to see a urologist first (at least in NJ).
