Whew! School is finally put, but that means all our employees are off and only salary is on staff. As we only run a fraction of service during summer feeding we go from about 4200 meals a day to about 300 at 3/7 of our sites, this means moving leftover food...Lots of it. Long story short I can't move today. Jurrasic Park marathon in bed.
On top of that..helped clean up a 650 person cookout and ended up with 60lbs of sliced onions. Gave 10 to Ex's gf, gave 10 to neighbors across the street, cooked 10 in my crockpot for French onion soup...30 still in the fridge. Ideas appreciated.
