I like it. It helped me become more aware of my food intake. I'm down 22lbs so far

It's helpful in the way that any calorie and exercise tracker is helpful, in my opinion. If you want the support and camaraderie, it's fine. I have found I have success when I track my food intake and exercise and tend to put on weight when I don't.

I guess my problem is I’ve never had to worry about my weight or food intake before so I need to be educated on what’s actually healthy for me. I am also not sure how to track things or what to track.

Never needed a diet or meal plan before. Why don’t you recommend it?

@mybabybear, work out. Even if you aren’t able to go to the gym, you can find a park or a trail to get your heart rate up and burn calories that way. Weight watchers doesn’t work, especially if you aren’t taking care of your health and body.
