Школа кошмар! Директор микроменеджер, учителя выгорают, дети сложные, ищу другую работу. Что делать?

Had such a long and exhausting day !! The school I work in is sooo unorganized and soo unprofessional. The director is micromanaging our class and it’s insane to me . She needs to get in her lane it’s too much I actually went to the office today and told off whoever needed me to cuz enough is enough the environment is not good . It’s always so negative the teachers aren’t appreciated at allllllll and work SO SO HARD these kids are SO HARD and they think it’s a joke it’s Ridiculous I’m deff looking for another job cuz honestly it isn’t a good place to work at Alllllll.
