Беременность: 5-6 недель по УЗИ, отставание в развитии плода, нет сердцебиения – что делать? Советы!

My last Lmp was 14 sep and I am pregnant now acc to last lmp my 8th week has started but 10 days back I had my scan but it was showing only 5 weeks now today I did my scan again but it’s showing same 5 weeks 6 days I am confused the fetus is not showing any growth what to do. Doc has advised to wait for 10 more days. Yolk sac and small fetal node is visible but no cardiac activity.😞 can anyone tell me what is happening
