Forgot to mention I used this as well. I think this is what helped clear up the bumps and also soothed her skin. She had really bad icthy bumps that looked like eczema on her face and this helped a lot in addition to the other things I mentioned. The shea butter and aquaphor moisturize her skin really well.

My son had something similar and I started using coconut oil and his skin is so much better!
