Anyways ill figure out how i feel as time progresses. And do whatever i decide to do. This my body my baby and my health possibly at risk. So much easier to shame when it's not you in the position.
@tayplus2, Being blunt is not the same as being passionate about something. 🤷🏼♀️
No one shamed you. It’s not an emergency, period. Spotting in early pregnancy is normal and also not an emergency. The emergency room doesn’t exist to provide ultrasounds to impatient and worrisome people. It’s there for actual emergencies. I’ve been in your shoes and the unknown/worry sucks. I feel for you, but there’s nothing the ER can do that will change the outcome of your pregnancy. ER doctors know so little about pregnancy/pregnancy care that they won’t even see patients after a certain point of gestation.
This is why if you’re not passed viability, they won’t even send you up to the maternity ward.
I’ve had ER admit me up in the maternity ward after I almost went septic because Liam was just barely at a viable gestation. It’s was crazy lol

1. Nobody shamed you.
2. You didn’t give any info as to why you think it’s an emergency. Which is why nobody thinks it’s an emergency. Stating your nerves won’t allow you to wait indicates you’re just impatient to anyone reading because there’s no indication of any types of real emergencies.
3. You’re very early and most OBs won’t even see you until after 6-8weeks because of this very reason….
even if you did miscarry , there’s still nothing they can do for you unless you’re bleeding or hemorrhaging.
Go take a hot bubble bath mama .
@ksmommyx3 I don't even care no more I'm not even seriously entertaining anything said in these comments anymore at this point. I'm cool
@tayplus2 have you tried social mom? You may get more comments and concerns over there
They weren't shaming you. They were giving you accurate advice. Emergency rooms are already full and low staffed so why would you go there for a non emergency and waste everyone's time and resources, esp yours. If you dont have a true emergency they won't do anything cause you're anxious. Nor an ultrasound. Just make another appointment sooner with your obgyn or primary Dr if you can't wait a few weeks. (But it sounds like your ultrasound was normal ..you're still early...give it time)
@tayplus2 they won't give you an ultrasound unless you lie and say something is physically wrong with you. You can't walk in an ER and ask for an ultrasound because you're worried bc it happened before. Dont waste the ER staffs time for someone who REALLY has a life threatening emergency or really sick and needs immediate help 😒
Call your OB it's really not that difficult. And she'll probably tell you to be patient too
Why would I have to lie... If youd seen my other post before these ones youd know ive been having spotting..I posted about that and got one comment lol. God forbid I want to go to the e.r all the mom Life members come out to chat 😭😭 funny
@tayplus2 cause people on here dont know the definition of emergency & tend to run to the ER for no reason just to get ultrasounds and whatnot and waste their valuable time 🤷🏾♀️ spotting in early or anytime during pregnancy doesn't justify an ER visit. If you relax your nerves and stop stressing about not seeing anything this early maybe your anxiety will subside. Go take a bath and lay down lol
