Почему родители отпускают детей до 10 лет кататься на велосипедах одних на оживленной дороге?

I will never understand how a parent can let their child ride their bike ALONE, on a busy street!

There are 3 kids that just moved in a few houses down and they are all under the age of 10 and out riding in the middle of the street literally making cars stop because they aren’t paying any attention. One of these cars is going to come around the corner driving like a nascar racer and it’s going to be bad.
