How do you deal with double gifts. My husband's family is notorious for not communicating. I dont want to sound ungrateful but they just buy things without considering what we do and don't need.
My sister is always getting great, well thought out gifts for my kids and then my husband's family will up and buy it again 🙄. So do I return or give away the second one or just let my kids have double of everything for example the baby has two cozy coupes 😑

Just exchange it from the store it was bought at. Even if you don't have a gift receipt just tell them it was a gift

that's weird 🥴 If so, just tell them you had double so you exchanged one for something else the baby needed.

Agree! Most places will do gift cards for returns without a receipt at reasonable monetary value.
