My cousin had her baby 2 weeks ago and babys belly button fell off . But it’s bleeding . My kids belly button fell off but it didn’t bleed so I’m no help . Shes freaking out thinking if she should take her to the hospital . Or if it’s normal n it’s part pf the healing process . Anyone here had that happen ?

Completely normal. As long as it's not red, hot, pussy or swollen it's fine. Just tell her to keep it dry and it should scab over.
