Hey Mommas with kids that have eczema. What do y’all use for it I’ve tired everything even a steroid cream from her pediatrician to oatmeal baths and nothing is working. She has it really bad right now and I don’t know what to do. Help please!!

Change the detergent. All free and clear even on your clothes. We use eucerin mixed with aquaphor and we use oatmeal soap.

Aveeno baby eczema helped when my son had it. I used non scented detergent and sensitive skin soap.
