What to wear to funerals?
What do people wear to funerals these days? I literally own nothing black aside from a couple of slumpy sweaters and scrubs. And the boys have absolutely nothing dark or mournful colored.

I have sooooo much black. It’s literally all I wear. Grey would probably be fine. Like a grey cardigan with a black tank top and leggings? Those are pretty common clothing items you probably have.

I don’t actually, lol. I can always buy and wear later. My biggest thought is the boys though. I guess khakis and sweaters for them. My husband will likely wear his navy jacket with slacks

For my grandma's I wore black dress pants, gray blouse, black cardigan, and low heels one day. The next black dress pants, navy blue blouse, black cardigan, and low heels.

I live in a busy downtown area and I can see a funeral home from my window. Trust me, people wear anything to a funeral. Jeans, bright dresses, tank tops. Any business casual clothes will do and for the boys polo shirts and khakis are absolutely fine.

Definitely no scrubs! 🤭 If it were me, I'd probably let my kids wear the favorite color of the person. 💕 I hope you and the boys are able to soak in some special moments.

The boys haven’t been able to see him in a couple weeks because my youngest had a cold. Hopefully soon. My dad’s favorite color is orange, not sure that’s the best choice, lol.
